		<description>Or... it could be someone trying to falsely raise their ebay score - as buyer or seller - imagine if you create false transactions, claim that the person paid quickly, the buyer claims the packaging was good etc - then you settle down for a little while - sell some real stuff at much more moderate prices, then switch to big ticket items - and then break out with the money. Grifting 101. 

The only way to make this work is to guarantee that you are absolutely the winner. That way, you don&#039;t have to ship, and don&#039;t have to pay (anything except Ebay&#039;s share). Don&#039;t know why one would really want to do this, but it reeks of scamming.</description>
